I was craving Starbucks and saw one close to me on the map on my way to work. I turned in and realized it must be located within Target. I walked in an empty Target (it was super early - I think they just opened), and I thought Starbucks would be closed! Luckily, there was an employee and she told me she was open. I ordered my drink and she scanned my card. We then talked about work while she made my drink. She complimented my outfit. She was super nice and respectful. I enjoyed talking to her. She engaged with me, and seemed to like her job. Also, my drink was perfection. It was perfectly sweet, the way I like it. It tasted better than quite a lot of locations I have been to. I was surprised at how well she did considering the reviews. However, those reviews are older. Perhaps they hired new management or a new barista, or they could have changed a lot of things. I am looking forward to stopping by at a later time to see if what was said is true. For now, my experience was great. I love when they make an effort to engage in conversation

Worst Starbucks I ever been. I been waiting for my Carmel frapp for about 7 mins now. Yes im righting this review while I'm waiting. I see 5 people working in there so why the hell is it taking so long to make a drink and it wasn't busy when I first got there.

Worst.Starbucks.On.Record. Located inside Target, this is a poor excuse for a Starbucks. It isn't staffed, so Target employees on the floor have to run over and cover, but they are not trained to make drinks. They tell you to choose a bottled drink because they can't work the equipment. The pastry case has flies in it, and the Target employees sell the fly infested, old food without attempting to heat hot foods. It's almost worth going there just to witness the worst ever sbux, but there is NO other reason. Gross.

I literally added this Starbucks location on Yelp just so I could leave this review. I went to the counter at 8:45 (fifteen minutes before closing). There was one person working- Nikki. I wanted a drink with green tea but Nikki refused to make it, saying that it would take ten minutes to make and therefore would not be "worth it". I then ordered açai refreshers for myself and my family and she was rude the entire time, slamming the cups and juices and spilling the drink over the sides. Nikki rudely slid the drink to me on the counter without saying a word and didn't even make the drinks properly. This is the worst service I have recieved at any Starbucks and I hope some action is taken against Nikki so this does not happen again.
